Shipping Policy

Each piece at HYPH-N is made to order, before shipping, our pieces CAN take 2-6 weeks to be made and sent off AND IS HEAVILY DEPENDANT ON CURRENT PRODUCTION LOAD AND STOCK ON HAND. Everything is shipped in compostable mailers, standard shipping $12 and express $17. Free shipping on all orders over $300. WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING BUT FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US DIRECTLY TO DISCUSS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR OUR PIECES.

Domestic Australian areas with standard postage | 3-10 days. 

Domestic Australia areas with express postage | 2-5 days. 

WE REQUIRE a signature on delivery, the postal service IS NOT authorised to complete delivery WITHOUT THE SIGNATURE OF THE RECIPIENT. If there is no one home TO SIGN FOR THE it will be transported to the post office for collection, with notification left for the receiver. If your parcel has been scanned as delivered yet you have not received it, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number and they will investigate the location of delivery.

Return & Refund PolicY

Our current policy is there are no exchanges or returns for our pieces. We are a small, made to order brand and each piece is made specifically for the customer that purchased it. 

If you are unhappy with how an item turned out or unhappy with the way it looks on you, please email us at CONTACT@HYPH-N.COM.AU to discuss further details on finding a solution. We charge an additional fee by the hour for alterations of made to order pieces which can be discussed via email or done in person at our studio.

INCORRECT/FAULTY ITEMS

WE WORK WITH DEADSTOCK MATERIALS THAT OFTEN HAVE MINOR IMPERFECTIONS AND FAULT SUCH AS IRREGULARITIES IN WEAVE, AND DISCOLOURATION. THIS IS THE NATURE OF WORKING WITH THESE MATERIALS AND OUR WAY OF REDUCING WASTE AND KEEPING TEXTILES IN CIRCULATION LONGER. THIS IS THE BEAUTY OF OR PIECES.  We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect OUTSIDE OF THESE FAULTS AND IMPERFECTIONS, please EMAIL CONTACT@HYPH-N.COM.AU with a description and photo of the defect/fault AND WE CAN REVIEW THE FAULT IN QUESTION. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.
